Hired to snake a single sink waste line in a small cape. Charged $255 for one hour but was only on site for 30 minutes. Kindly replace p-trap nut under sink. Refused to utilize remaining (paid) 30 minutes to snake main line, despite having machine on hand, as it "didn't need it" and it's an "extra charge" to use that machine. Couldn't clearly explain whether the charge was hourly or equipment-based.

The price is a bit expensive. It cost more than 400 yuan to unclog the toilet. There were two people.

I Needed a furnace replacement ASAP- got great service, was the best of three quotes, installers cleaned up everything nice, and got a follow up just to ensure I was satisfied. And I absolutely was!

Outstanding service, sewer line was plugged called them, they had a plumber at my house quickly. He was courteous and took care of the problem quickly and cleaned up when done. Outstanding will highly recommend

A guy came out two weeks ago to give me a quote on a good amount of work that I needed done right away. He told me it would take a few days to put together a quote. Now after two weeks and multiple phone calls I still don't have any quote. Every time I call its the same song and dance. Were short handed, staff is off, Ill give you a call back, etc...WOW!!! Do they want new customers or not?!?!?!

Ive used these guys at least 3 times and never had any issues. Rotorooter even convinced my neighbor to dig up her whole front yard (maybe she did need it?) O mentioned similar concerns and MK plumber said "I doubt youll need that", Took care of my sewage problem cheaply. Point is they "could have" tried to convince me I needed the same, but they were HONEST with me and that earned my business.

They were at my house a couple of weeks ago to have my plumbing snaked out and we'll he was doing that he broke a lamp a tried blaming my step son. My plumbing is plugged again. I will NOT use these guys
